Information suite entretien avec ma hierarchie

Bonjour,
Mon chef de service (je suis salarie dans 1 grand groupe automobile) m'envoie une invitation pour 1 rdv avec comme objet: information sur l'organisation de notre service.En effet, une reorganisation a ete annoncee il y a environ 1 mois.
Il est au niveau General Manager (Chef de departement), je suis au niveau Section Manager (chef de section).
Il m'informe au debut de l'entretien que finalement il ne peut me laisser dans la position que j'occupe actuellement du fait qu'il a recu de la part d'un fournisseur une plainte me concernant et que cela pose un probleme quant au bon deroulement des activites de l'entreprise.
Je lui demande de me donner d'avantage de detail: il refuse de le faire et me dit qu'il le fera peut-etre ulterieurement.
Pour votre information, le nouvelle organisation cree un niveau de Service Manager entre lui et moi auquel je souhaitais pretendre.

Following some bad feedbacks from a supplier, I consider that it is not healthy for "Company name" business to keep you in your current position. It has business impacts which I could not accept. As discussed and verbally agreed between us during the meeting and in order to give you a new start within "Company name", I would like you to take the position of Quality Service parts and managing accessory quality as Section Manager.
I noted during the meeting that you were motivated to work within my team. You also mentioned that this new position will be positive to enlarge "Company name" contacts and perspectives.
Anyhow, "Company name" needs to support you in this new position by avoiding repeating the past. For this, I would like you to follow and attend the IPP program: Improvement Performance Plan program.
Therefore, I would like the written agreement mentioned verbally during our meeting in order to progress and make the move. Reply Ok for this new position on this email will be fine.

OK with your proposal to build up on my proven experience in engineering & project management healthy business for Nissan within your team in the Service Parts engineering Service.....Then I hope I will be able to get a detailed brief about the “bad feedback” you are referring to.
