Changement"Salarie en Mission d'Employer

I would like to know some important things regarding Changes in "Salarie en Mission

d'employer".Actually I am from India and currently I am in Paris(On Site),and currently

working for a Bank here but I have a visa of type "Salarie en Mission".But i would like to

switch from Indian Company and would like to join here in any Company.And my wife is also

here with visa "Dependent",Is it possible to apply the change of status in France or do I

need to go back to my home Country(India).And one more thing I would like to know that how

much time the visa process for me and my wife as well.
